                     Porcini  mushrooms  are  often  described  as
                     nutty  and  earthy  with  a  meatiness  in  flavor
                     and  texture.  They  have  a  similar  taste  to
                     other, more common mushrooms, but with a
                     deeper and nuttier flavor. Fresh mushrooms
                     have a tender, meaty texture when cooked.
